Stephen W. White currently serves as a Partner and Chief Administrative Officer with Aronson LLC, where he is responsible for the overall strategic and tactical aspects of administrative services, including Marketing, Business Development, Network Administration and Facilities Management. He earned Bachelors Degrees from the Corcoran School of Art and the University of Maryland and has spent more than 20 years helping companies large and small to lower costs, improve overall effectiveness and enhance service while exceeding expectations.
Stephen specializes in the design and implementation of internal systems that create and deliver firm services, including Aronson’s service/product platform, which allows the company’s professional staff to effectively deploy full-service solutions to their clients. He works with other administrative leads to address organizational challenges and establish budgets and performance metrics to measure success. In his role with the firm’s Network Administration group, he is responsible for implementing and maintaining technology systems that promote company growth and improve overall efficiency. Additionally, Stephen serves as a public representative to the media and external audiences, including community groups, governmental organizations, and private companies; and he assists others who represent the firm in a public capacity.
Stephen is a member of various trade organizations and holds certificates in a variety of sales and technical training specialties. He is frequently asked to comment on sales and marketing related issues by the media and professional organizations, including the Greater Washington Board of Trade, Sage and Boomer. He spoke in Canberra, Australia on behalf of the Greater Washington Initiative before the Prime Minister, John Howard, of Australia and various members of Parliament on business globalization, U.S. government contracting, and the Australian Free Trade Agreement.
