Donald Gutman, CPA, serves as a Partner in the Firm's Quality Control Group. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Bernard Baruch College in New York City and has over 30 years of experience in public accounting. Don’s clients have included real estate, hospitality, construction, government and service companies.
Prior to joining Aronson LLC, Don served as a lead audit partner at a ‘Big 4’ accounting firm where he specialized in SEC reporting, resolving complex accounting issues, technical reviews of both large publicly-held and small privately-owned companies, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance, due diligence, and regulatory filings.
Don is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Maryland Association of CPAs and is certified as a public accountant in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. |
